- COM.1 - It is the team’s responsibilities to ensure that they have received communications from the Competition. The Competition shall use the contact details provided upon registering to distribute information
- COM.2 - The Competition will create one general WhatsApp group and a number of venue-specific WhatsApp groups to which shorter or urgent communications shall be sent. Team-specific, urgent communications will be sent via WhatsApp message direct to the given team contacts.
- COM.3 - The Competition will email longer messages to the nominated contact(s) from dave@twenty20communitycricket.com, it is recommended that you add that address to your address book to minimize the chances of the email going to your SPAM folder. Additionally you should check your SPAM folder periodically, especially when you are expecting communications from the Competition.
- COM.4 - The Competition will be administered through the designated PlayCricket website. To enable this to work please ensure that your team is set-up on either your club's own PlayCricket site or set-up your own site in advance of the competition. If you experience any difficulties please let the Competition management know as soon as possible. Please also confirm when your team is available on PlayCricket so that fixtures can be set-up. .
- COM.5 - If your contacts change during the season it is the Team's responsibility to ensure that the organisers have up to date information
